Let's start at the beginning. We kick things off with an assessment to identify our weak points. Think of this as checking the foundation of a house. Once we've got a solid foundation, we can begin building the house. This means practicing movements over and over to build strength, like building the walls of our house.
Then, we add the finishing touches, like furniture, which is our speed, power, agility, and other techniques that enhance our athletic performance.
Now, remember, training is a marathon, not a sprint. We have to pace ourselves. If we rush or skip steps, we'll run out of energy, and that could lead to injuries or setbacks. Being an athlete is a continuous uphill journey, and while it can be tough, we need to keep some energy, patience, and a positive mindset in reserve for what lies ahead.
