  • dryland agility and speed session

    this session will work on players ability to COGNITIVELY (what mental decision needs to be made), PHYSICALLY (excute the proper footwork, planting), AND TECHNICALLY RESPONSE (the proper skill and the ability to change speed - deacceleration, transitioning, accelerating- to respond to stimulus) to each drill.

  • on-ice individual skill session

    on-ice indicidual skill session

    Each on-ice skill session will be specialized to focus on individual skill development. Drills will be designed based on the technical aspect of stick handling, quick release shooting, edge work, deception, and creating more time and space on the ice.

  • multi-sport activites

    this session will implement in a “game like situation” of what players have learned during the agility and speed sesion while implementing fine motor skills.
    Players increase overall athleticism by playing a variey of different sports that work on similar concepts to hockey: spacial awareness, hand-eye coordination, reading & reacting, give & goes, deception, being creative, and creating offence/defending odd man attacks.

  • workout

    During this session, players will work on thier overall fitness through a variety of methods: short energy burts, high-intensity efforts lasting up to a couple of minutes, or sustained efforts over longer durations.

  • passion and love of hockey
